Job Summary

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a temporary, remote role that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

* Must have customer service experience in an office setting

• Basic computer proficiency required
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Schedule/Pay

* Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Pay up to $16.18/hr
