Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Travel Coordinator & Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Utilizing booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
- Liaising with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations
- Monitoring travel schedules and making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances
- Providing clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions
- Handling cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
- Maintaining detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
