Role Overview

As a Sales Agent at Workwarp, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, either part-time or full-time, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. You'll be responsible for protecting families who have requested coverage information, and we'll provide you with the training and resources you need to succeed in this role. Our comprehensive training program includes webinars, carrier product training, and our proven system for calling, setting, and running appointments virtually. We welcome both licensed and unlicensed individuals to apply, and we're committed to helping you build a successful career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our exclusive warm lead program to connect with clients who have requested protection plan information
  • Contact clients to gather pertinent information and customize their protection plans
  • Follow up with clients within one to two days to discuss results and provide personalized consultations
  • Assist clients with the e-application process and ensure a seamless experience
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain updates on application status and keep clients informed
  • Follow up with clients on carrier decisions and provide ongoing support

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. You should be a U.S. legal resident, and we require our Sales Agents to obtain a state life and health insurance license. You'll also need to have access to a phone, laptop or desktop computer, and printer, as well as be comfortable attending virtual meetings and using various software applications.
