The Role: A Full-Time Opportunity with a Flexible Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. You'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary. To ensure your success in this role, you'll undergo an intensive 5-week orientation program, complete with training and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to 50-70 individuals daily, navigating complex healthcare systems with ease
  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare operations, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Utilize active listening skills to identify and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including navigating databases and communicating with customers via phone and web-based systems
  • Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
