Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation and Customer Service

• Protect company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies, ensuring the security and integrity of our products and equipment.
• Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments, resetting merchandise, and conducting accurate product counts.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; preference will be given to candidates with a strong educational background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer, with basic knowledge of software applications and technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder, with willingness to work with hands overhead.
