Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to assist with entry-level application administration. This role is perfect for someone with strong typing skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project, working closely with our development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry and application administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Top Skills & Qualifications

* Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm)

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

* Flexible shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST
