Key Responsibilities
As a part-time remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into blithequark's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive updates and exceptional customer service
- Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed and satisfied
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
- Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide timely support to customers
- Staying organized and focused to ensure that each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required, but highly desirable)
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
