Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries via phone calls. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an asset to our team. You will be trained on our state-of-the-art Avaya system and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including members and providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding claims status, eligibility, and benefit information
  • Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our system and access customer information
  • Work effectively with customers to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Empathy and ability to control conversation/call
  • Soft skills are essential for this role, including professionalism and caring
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Preferred: Health Insurance Call Center Experience
