Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all interactions are logged and handled professionally.
  • Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively using Salesforce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel to manage and process customer data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operating within a fast-paced call center environment, leveraging your previous customer service and retail experience to provide high-quality service.
  • Applying Spanish language skills where necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Taking appropriate action on customer accounts based on company guidelines and procedures.
  • Resolving customer inquiries professionally and accurately, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
  • Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for customer management.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or French highly desired.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with the retail clothing and accessories industry.
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
