Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator – Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Record Management: Archive and organize records, reports, and documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols.
  • Order and Invoice Management: Manage orders, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile information, and prepare reports, providing valuable insights to our team.
  • Accounting and Financial Tasks: Perform basic accounting tasks, such as posting payments and invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements and Skills
