As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You will work independently, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer inquiries and provide a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing your knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with our clients' teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently, utilizing your initiative and self-motivation to manage your workload and meet performance expectations

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your workload effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of our clients' products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
