Overview of the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be working in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone, and solving customer issues related to employee benefits. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment
- Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients
Requirements
* High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have
* A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
- Call center experience
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
