Work Schedule As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to choose from part-time or full-time schedules, with shift availability including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Location We're a remote team, and we're looking for talented individuals from across the United States (excluding residents of AR, CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, Washington, DC, and WI). Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery * Providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats * Maintaining commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency * Upholding high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Qualifications While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory.
