About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operator I, you'll play a critical role in our production process, operating and monitoring assigned equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You'll be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and Monitor Equipment: Perform pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation, and monitor equipment during operation to prevent unplanned stops and ensure quality production.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production, minimize waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work procedures and adhering to safe work practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and some holidays as scheduled to support customer demand.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment, with the use of hearing protection.
