Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: You will use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assist Policy Holders: You will assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as provide support with policy changes requested.
- Support Policy Holder Needs: You will support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless and innovative individuals with excellent decision-making skills. To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: You will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- Over 18 Years of Age: You will be over 18 years of age.
- Ability to Type 25 Wpm: You will have the ability to type 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You will be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
- Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills: You will have proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 Months Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You will have logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to Work Various Shifts: You will be available to work various shifts.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You will have the ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: You will have organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed Required: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You will need a clean and quiet workspace.
