Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our member care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Acting as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal members.
  • Thinking creatively about ways to improve and strengthen CLEAR's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Assisting members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling CLEAR products and services that meet their needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and ensure seamless experiences.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. If you have:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Open availability and flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a passion for ensuring a great member experience with every contact.
  • The ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Open availability and flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test.
  • The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title.
