We're seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our member care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Acting as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal members.
- Thinking creatively about ways to improve and strengthen CLEAR's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Assisting members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling CLEAR products and services that meet their needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and ensure seamless experiences.

- Open availability and flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a passion for ensuring a great member experience with every contact.
- The ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Open availability and flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test.
- The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title.
