Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging our video chat platform to stay connected and informed.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients navigating the Medicare system
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Enter data into multiple online systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at one company in your work history
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good technical skills, including proficiency in PC or MAC and high-speed internet
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
  • Patience and understanding when working with the 65+ age demographic

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company

  • Familiarity with Medicare and its complexities
