Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at one company in your work history

- Good technical skills, including proficiency in PC or MAC and high-speed internet
