Sales Admin Supervisor

SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision and supporting the Sales Center model, the Sales Admin Supervisor manages the administrative employees and the associated responsibilities within a division or group. Under the direction of the Sales Center Manager, the Sales Admin Supervisor directs and oversees the daily activities of administrative employees in the centralized support area.

  • JOB DUTIES
  • Responsible for the daily supervision and work allocation of the administrative team. Trains and develops the team.
  • Assists with developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures to ensure effective and efficient operation of the organization for APAR, billing, credit and associated processes. Liaises with other departments as needed to ensure superior performance.
  • Resolves non-routine, complex variances and issues with internal and external customers. Assists with the integration of processes with acquired companies. Utilizes best in class practices to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Records, updates, and reconciles related financial information and provides general financial support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • 3+ year Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience in large, complex organizations. Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • 3+ Years of supervisory experience preferred. Project Management experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build Pivot Tables and utilize formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, MID, INDEX/MATCH, etc.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional, self-motivated employee with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Exemplary work ethic and decision making ability
  • Strong attention to organization, detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of employees
  • Ability to learn various software packages and process workflows
  • Three-way match experience is a plus
