Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Processor, you will play a critical role in our business processing operations, fielding client inquiries, and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Typing Test: You must pass a typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or higher.
• High School Diploma: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 Years of Work Experience: You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a working environment.
• Office Work Environment: You must be comfortable working in an office environment, with 40+ hours of work per week.
• Basic PC/Internet Skills: You must have introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to Sit or Stand for Long Periods: You must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Self-Motivation: You must be able to work independently and remain self-motivated.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: You must have great customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Processor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Performing Data Entry with High Accuracy: You will be responsible for performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements.
• Manual Identification of Forms: You will manually identify different types of forms (MEDI) and classify documents based on client's requirements.
• Working on Different Tasks: You will work on different tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, based on established procedures and guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: You will be able to problem-solve, self-guided, and make decisions to resolve issues.
• Compliance with Company Policies: You will comply with company policies and standards.
