Experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Virtual Benefits Enrollment and Support Specialist

Available Positions

We have multiple openings for the following positions:

  • Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to excel!
  • Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with new members and guiding them through the benefits enrollment process
  • Customizing benefits plans for clients
  • Fostering relationships with existing and new clients
  • Performing administrative duties as needed
  • Enrolling niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs
  • Managing benefits for union and association members
  • Providing excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation
  • Independently resolving routine and complex benefits issues
  • Collaborating effectively with team members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in phone and Zoom communication
  • A disciplined and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual communication tools
