Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across various systems and platforms
- Developing and implementing data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and opportunities
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and customers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience working with data profiling and curation tools, such as Collibra
- Strong understanding of data concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data visualization
- Experience working with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and big data technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with Python, R, or VBA programming languages
- Experience working with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
