We are a customer-centric team, so you will be responsible for assessing addressable markets and structuring features and products that are the most meaningful to our customers, in a timely manner, by working cross-functionally with operations, legal, compliance, sales as well as other business lines. In addition, you will be responsible for proper implementation of the product's features and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of new and existing partners. This role is an opportunity to help build and drive one of the fastest growing business lines at Anchorage. You will be highly cross functional, directly helping the business side to set and deliver KPIs by engaging deeply with engineering, technical product managers, and GTM teams to execute on growth drivers. Responsibilities:

• Support internal processes across trading, operations, legal, compliance and sales that are critical for the ongoing success of Financing Solutions
• Translate customer insights (needs, pain points, behaviors)and feedback into workable action items to deliver features that enhance user experience and satisfaction while reducing Anchorage’s risk
• Create detailed business specifications and feature documentation to guide the structuring, development and sales process
• Directly manage key external partner relationships to expand our yield and margin offering
• Regularly analyze product performance, risks levels, and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements
• Help crafting, delivering and tracking KPIs for the business

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• 6-10 years of experience in strategy, financial products structuring, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience related to crypto markets, fintech, financial systems.
• Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams.
• Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups.
• Strong risk management acumen and developing control frameworks around them.
• Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• Ability to write scripts (e.g., Bash scripts, Python scripts) to automate manual processes and familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• You’ve kept up to date with the proliferation of assets tokenization.
• You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
