Sales/Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel by driving sales and forging strong relationships with their Travel Agents.

Your Mission:

  • As a key member of the Sales team, you'll dive headfirst into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. From jet-setting to trade shows and sales calls to nurturing relationships with our valued partners, your adventure starts here!
  • Key Responsibilities include:

  • Traveling multiple times per month for trade shows / events / sales calls (around 1 week of travel per month and may include weekends). Trips primarily domestic destinations and may include driving, flights, cruise.
  • Growing sales with Consortia agencies yet to work Project Expedition
  • Account Management for advisors and agencies (Weekly Training and point of contact for questions/escalations)
  • Responsibilities include:

  • Selling to new agencies and advisors through email/phone/in-office visits.
  • Onboarding and training new travel advisors on the product.
  • Account management, marketing (emails/social media), and acting as a point of contact for questions and escalations.
  • Growing advisor and agency account sales.
  • Travel for conferences / sales calls (at least 1 week away per month but could be more subject to business needs). Trips primarily domestic destinations and may include flights, cruise, driving).
  • The ideal candidate will:

  • Take ownership of tasks related to growing advisor sales.
  • Work effectively across departments within Project Expedition (Support, Accounting, Management).
  • Gather feedback from clients and advocate for product improvements.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy problem solving and exceeding client expectations.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team - they are fully remote, but still work closely with colleagues virtually.
  • Excel at multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at any business related functions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Happy with flexible work schedule (travel/training may include evenings or early mornings).

    Please note that while this is a remote position, it is not suitable for digital nomads. Employees must be based in the United States and will have an allocation of time that they can work remotely in other destinations.
