Requirements
- Bac+5 degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a demanding digital environment, at least partly in the banking/insurance sector
- Strategic digital project piloting and design thinking workshop animation
- Complex program coordination and reporting to decision-making instances
- Global digital vision mobilization and functional team leadership
- Commercial development contribution (proposals, pitches)
- Mastering the complete life cycle of a product, from conception to production, in direct link with clients
- Agile framework evolution and rituals application
- Ease with new technologies and emerging digital uses
- Rigor and creativity in structuring approaches and proposing innovative solutions
- Team federation, informed decision-making, and approach adjustment
- Impactful communication with teams and adaptation of message to interlocutors
