About the Opportunity  

As a Growth Operations Senior Manager (Lead), you will own and execute operational strategies within Strategic Markets (CIS region) that drive retail business growth, focusing on regional policies management, day-to-day operations, and product alignment. We are looking for the one with awareness of crypto/financial market trends and competitive landscape, since you will work closely with cross-functional teams—Growth, Merchants, VIP and Partnerships program teams, Trading Product, Customer Excellence, Risk, and Compliance—to establish scalable regional processes, localize user experiences, and strengthen OKX’s leadership in the global market.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting to General Management, with a strong mandate to build systems, influence strategy, and lead with impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to grow the regional business, driving market share and transaction volume.

  • Build and optimize regional team quality management frameworks, creating a tiered operational model for different user cohorts (partners, VIP, wholesale).

  • Establish effective SOPs for day-to-day operations; partner with Product and Risk teams to design localized user experiences that balance growth and compliance.

  • Engage closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points, prioritize solutions, and co-create Strategic Markets features that improve usability and user experience.

  • Maintain a data-driven approach: analyze industry trends, generate actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to guide product and business direction.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing business operations team, ensuring clarity of objectives, accountability, and strong execution.

  • Represent OKX in the global market: drive trust and long-term partnerships with key accounts while strengthening our brand presence.

  • Influence product roadmaps and collaborate with global, distributed teams.

What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience from a FinTech or crypto company.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, business strategy, or sales management within Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and managing complex cross-functional projects.

  • Native proficiency in Russian and fluency in English due to team and stakeholder engagement requirements.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with executive stakeholders.
