• Develop, create and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs that support business objectives while adhering to established brand voice
• Produce key creative solutions, develop and execute copy concepts for a variety of retail marketing projects
• Interpret creative direction and technical information while transforming them into persuasive copy concepts
• Write pristine copy and slogans for campaigns, editing while preserving brand consistency across all channels
• Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
• Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics
• Help with localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
• Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs

• Thorough comprehension of best SEO practices
• Working knowledge and professional experience with HTML
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Journalism or a related discipline is highly desired
