We are currently searching for a Performance Test Lead:

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives, ensuring quality and reliability of applications.
• Conduct performance analysis using LoadRunner and AppInsights, identifying risks and improvements.
• Perform client-side performance testing with browser-based analysis.
• Present results and findings to business stakeholders, clearly articulating performance risks and recommendations.
• Coordinate tasks between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing in Azure and Power BI applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LRC (Cloud).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end performance testing.
• Experience with client-side performance testing.
• Proficiency in performance analysis via AppInsights.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings and communicate performance results effectively.
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills for managing distributed teams.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Power BI applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work in EST time zone.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
