Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to take the next step in your career? Join our regional in-house recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where you’ll play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across our business consulting practice in Malaysia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment journey who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
• Help develop creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams on exciting projects and initiatives
• Learn to use recruitment data and insights to support smarter hiring decisions

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have some experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency)
• Are curious about Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (a plus, not a must!)
• Are proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
• Are fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus)
