Partner - Supply Chain Technology Consulting Practice

Role Overview

As Director of Nagarro’s Supply Chain Technology Consulting Practice, you will be responsible for launching, scaling, and leading a consulting business focused on next-generation AI-driven supply chain solutions. This role offers the opportunity to define a new offering from the ground up, leveraging Nagarro’s deep technical capabilities and entrepreneurial culture.

  • Location: Remote-friendly (Preferred: San Jose, CA; Secondary: New York, NY or Atlanta, GA)
  • Travel: Occasional travel to client sites and Nagarro offices required

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Leadership & Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the supply chain consulting practice.
  • Own the P&L for the practice and drive sustained growth through high-value client engagements and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop offerings that position Nagarro to compete credibly with firms like Deloitte, EY, and BCG in the supply chain transformation space.

2. Client Engagement & Market Impact

  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic clients; build trusted advisor relationships with supply chain and operations leaders.
  • Shape and deliver transformation programs that combine technology vision, business strategy, and organizational change.
  • Lead proposals, white papers, and thought leadership to establish Nagarro as a top-tier supply chain transformation partner.

3. Solution Development & Product Management

  • Collaborate with AI, data science, and engineering teams to co-create innovative AI-enabled supply chain solutions.
  • Serve as chief product strategist and architect, translating client pain points into viable, scalable offerings.
  • Balance experimentation with commercial rigor, ensuring alignment with market needs and enterprise realities.

4. Team Building & Talent Development

  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of high-caliber consultants, architects, and business developers.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team culture rooted in Nagarro’s engineering-first mindset.
  • Build a physically co-located team where possible, initially focused on San Jose, New York, or Atlanta.

5. Change Management & User Experience

  • Champion transformation through a people-process-technology lens, driving adoption and sustainable impact.
  • Guide clients through the human and cultural aspects of change, ensuring effective solution implementation.
  • Advocate for exceptional user experiences in all solutions and services developed.
  • Entrepreneurial leader with a track record of launching or scaling new business units or consulting practices.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, including client-facing roles with C-suite executives.
  • Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, planning, and execution, ideally across multiple industries.
  • Hands-on experience as a product owner, product manager, or solution architect for technology offerings (ideally AI or data-driven).
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge engineering and business by working closely with technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of change management and user-centric design, with transformation leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead with influence, set direction, and contribute hands-on.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred; technical background or engineering degree is a plus.
