So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Work Environment: This role will be based out of our logistics warehouse and office in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv.

Wolt is looking for a Gear and Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the inventory, distribution, and overall logistics of our gear to ensure our operations run smoothly. You’ll also conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Logistics & Distribution: You’ll be the primary point of contact for distributing gear to our fleet of riders. This includes coordinating shipments, managing pickup schedules, and ensuring that all gear is delivered on time and in good condition. You’ll also handle returns and exchanges.
  • Data & Reporting: You’ll track gear usage and inventory metrics, using data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and optimize our logistics processes. You’ll also provide regular reports to management on inventory levels, distribution costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: You’ll continuously look for ways to improve our gear management and logistics workflows. This includes finding more efficient ways to store and distribute gear, reducing waste, and implementing new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Communication & Support: You’ll address any gear-related issues or requests from riders. Your goal is to provide exceptional support and ensure our couriers have the tools they need to succeed.
Our humble expectations
  • Experience: You should have proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or inventory management role. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
  • Skills: You must have strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have an eye for detail and be good at problem-solving.
  • Communication: You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Physical Requirements: You must be able to lift, move, and handle packages of gear, as needed.
