SAP UX Expert - MNR Consulting Services
Title: SAP UX Expert Location: Remote - Seattle, WA, St. Louis, MO Duration: 3 months (With Possible extension)
Description
- Define and drive UX design strategies across key process areas aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Serve as a UX advocate, collaborating with development teams, product managers, and end users to deliver modern, user-friendly SAP Fiori applications.
- Translate complex business processes into intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs.
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to influence SAP UX standards and innovations.
- Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain alignment and support.
- Ensure UX consistency across the platform while adhering to SAP design guidelines and enterprise standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or discrete manufacturing (Public Sector-only experience does not qualify).
- Experience as a Value Stream Lead in a U.S. deployment of SAP S/4HANA global template with localization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and configuration/deployment of relevant SAP components.
- Minimum 5 years of consulting or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of SAP systems configuration experience.
- Successfully completed three full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (v2019 or later).
- Proven success in the rollout and localization of global templates.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and real-world SAP UX/UI projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to non-design audiences.
- Familiarity with SAP s design system and UX strategy.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration of UX with modern SAP cloud technologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to iterate on design.
- Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and design sessions.
