This project aims to provide specialized support, development, and administration services on the Salesforce platform through Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud), the goal is to enhance customer tracking, optimize response times, and strengthen commercial and loyalty strategies. The project requires operating under agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a distributed work structure to handle multiple simultaneous requests and meet deadlines, all to guarantee service continuity.

The Medium Salesforce Administrator is a functional and technical specialist with proven experience in advanced management of the Salesforce platform. Their role is to ensure optimal system operation, lead platform configuration and maintenance, and act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute configuration changes within the organization.
  • Manage the release and deployment cycle using DevOps Center.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for releases.
  • Oversee Salesforce security elements.
  • Create and maintain users in the GTNA Org.
  • Implement and monitor new processes, including user adoption and data quality.
  • Assess the health of the Org and resolve issues related to licenses, scalability, and technical debt.
  • Install and maintain AppExchange solutions.
  • Develop and enhance reusable tools, templates, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Required Competencies:
    • Salesforce certifications ADM201 and ADM211.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, DevOps Center, Shield, Security Center).
    • Advanced expertise in Salesforce visibility and security:
      • Roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
      • Management of public groups and access hierarchies
    • Experience with AppExchange solutions such as Conga Composer, Adobe Sign, and Qualtrics.
    • Ability to interpret technical documentation (installation manuals, release guides).
    • Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Analytical and creative thinking skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience working in Agile environments.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments.
    • Effective communication with stakeholders:
    • Ability to lead functional meetings and coordinate deliverables with both technical and business teams in English.
