Office Manager - Working Student / Part-Time

As our new Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Erfurt office runs smoothly and provide essential support for events, equipment, and onboarding processes. This role combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Erfurt, ideally suiting candidates based in the surrounding areas.
YOUR MISSION
Handle office operations and take care of all incoming and outgoing physical mail in our Erfurt office
Support the organization of team-wide events such as company retreats, department and squad days
Manage the ordering and distribution of hardware and welcome packages for new team members
Support marketing efforts by organizing and shipping branded merchandise and marketing packages
Be the go-to person for everyday office needs and help cultivate a great employee experience on site in Erfurt
YOUR PROFILE
Currently studying (e.g., business administration, communications or a related field), or bring relevant experience from previous positions
Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Fluency in English and German, coupled with excellent written communication
A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Reliable team player excited to contribute to a meaningful mission
You are available for approximately 16–20 hours per week. If you're a working student, you are open to working up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks.
Based in or around Erfurt with the flexibility to work from the office several days per week
