Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within the utility industry.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage digital opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies in the utility sector.
- Provide expert advice on digital solutions and best practices.
- Manage digital projects from conception to completion.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize digital processes
This is not a technical role but a senior person who can serve as a SME in Digital Domain Expert capacity. Industry experience is a must.
