What we are looking for

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Designer to join our creative team. This role will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to produce high-quality design work across a wide range of formats. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong design eye, and understands how to balance creativity with brand consistency. This role will start off as a 3 month contract with potential to move full time given business and workload needs.

What you will do;

  • Create and execute designs for advertising and marketing materials across digital, print, and OOH (out-of-home) media.
  • Support brand and campaign development, contributing to the creation and execution of brand guidelines under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Adapt and apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats (web, display, OOH, corporate identity, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, effective visual solutions.
  • Manage design files and assets to ensure quality and production-readiness.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

Who you are

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or other design tools a plus.
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

What you will need

  • 5-8 years of professional design experience.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred; B2B experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in asset production, including pre-production for print and digital deliverables.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across multiple mediums.
