Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
- Schedule appointments with clients requesting our services
- Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom video calls
- Complete insurance applications for clients
- Participate in ongoing, optional training sessions to further develop skills
