You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 15+ years of senior leadership experience in strategy, consulting, operations, finance, healthcare, education, or organizational development.
- Have held senior titles such as Director, VP, Executive Director, or Head of Strategy/People.
- Are passionate about personal growth, leadership development, and success education.
- Have experience in consulting, mentoring, or coaching as part of your leadership journey.
- Are based in Utah and ready for a career that blends wealth, values, and legacy.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
