YouTube-Native & Branded Content Video Producer

AT A GLANCE RVO Health is looking for a skilled and innovative YouTube-native & Branded Content Video Producer to join our team. This role is hands-on and production-focused, ideal for someone who understands the YouTube platform on an instinctive level and can produce scroll-stopping, algorithm-friendly content from start to finish. You will be responsible for producing, directing, and editing video content for publication, from conception to execution, across YouTube, and other RVOHealth platforms. What You’ll Do

• Creative Vision: Develop and execute a creative vision for video content that aligns with RVO Health's mission and resonates with our audience.
• Production Management: Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, scripting, filming, directing, editing, and publishing workflows.
• YouTube Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the YouTube platform to create engaging content, including reaction videos, shorts, cross-channel collaborations, and expert explainers.
• Storytelling: Craft touching personal stories and action-oriented expert content that educates and inspires.
• YouTube-native Techniques: Implement strong hooks, pacing shifts, and clear narrative arcs, to optimize for retention, re-watchability, and discovery.
• Editing: Utilize your editing skills in Adobe Premiere to create polished, professional videos. Experience with motion graphics in After Effects is a plus.
• Metadata Optimization: Apply best practices to optimize metadata, including titles, thumbnails (in collaboration), descriptions, and end screens.
• Data-Driven: Analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio or optimization tools, and use insights to inform and refine your creative approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to bring high-performing concepts to life, ensuring consistency across formats and brand tone.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with YouTube trends, platform updates, and audience behavior patterns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on video production and storytelling experience, with a strong focus on creating content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Studio and knowledge of post-production workflows. Familiarity with data / analytics tools, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or similar optimization platforms is a bonus.
• YouTube Dynamics: Demonstrated understanding of YouTube content dynamics, including what drives click-through, watch time, and audience retention.
• Storytelling: Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and structure tailored to mobile and algorithmic distribution.
• Collaboration: Experience following creative briefs and working collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• License: Valid driver’s license.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

• Starting Salary: $61,000.00 - $80,000.00
