This implementation study is investigating use of a twice daily nurse-led 2-step delirium identification screening. The project is being implemented in three communities in PA and MA but the funding is based at University Park, PA spanwith the need for some RAs to travel to Hershey for data collection or be located in Hershey. We are hiring staff for in-person data collection at Mount Nittany Medical Center and Hershey Medical Center/Penn State Health in PA; most training and meetings will be virtual.
