The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. Primary clients for this position are currently based in New York. Preference for candidates to be based in this location as role requires frequent travel to support local clients. As anAssociate Account Management, Target Product Adsyou'll execute marketing programs across a variety of brands and businesses. Working at both the account and brand level to recommend optimizations and incremental investment for performance media campaigns using data to provide objective based solutions for your clients. You will provide a high level of customer service to partner teams/clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolution of potential issues. With support and guidance from your leader you will build various client or sales deliverables; such as proposals and media approaches. You will be tasked with understanding and staying up to date on industry trends both in the retail and performance media landscape. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing team. • Four-year college degree
• 2+ years of experience, preference in performance media planning
• Hands on experience with auction-based search and retail media network platform tools; i.e. Google, Pacvue, Skai, etc
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter
• Strong time management and multitasking to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other equivalent programs

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member worksfull-time from home oran alternatelocation that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
