We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including product listings, advertising, sales analysis, and optimization strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon storefront, ensuring product visibility, and optimizing sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings Management:
  • Create and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images) for better visibility and conversion.
  • Ensure all product details are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Amazon’s policies.
  • Utilize Amazon’s backend tools to update product categories, variations, and keywords for optimization.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor daily sales performance, pricing, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROI.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and create actionable insights to boost sales and improve product rankings.
  • Amazon Advertising Management:
  • Develop and implement PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns using Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns to lower ACoS, maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and improve targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and ad placement for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
  • Amazon SEO & Optimization:
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon’s Brand Analytics to improve product visibility.
  • Regularly analyze and adjust product listings based on search trends and competition.
  • Implement strategies to increase organic rankings on Amazon search results.
  • Customer Feedback & Reviews:
  • Manage customer feedback, respond to reviews, and address product concerns.
  • Build and maintain a positive brand reputation through effective customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s review policies and foster engagement with customers to gather reviews.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Stay informed about Amazon’s policy changes, new features, and best practices.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, ad campaigns, and inventory levels.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve profitability and drive growth.
  • Analyze Amazon’s data dashboards and use insights to optimize product listings, ads, and overall marketplace performance.

Basic Skills Required:

  • Amazon Seller Central Familiarity: Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central to manage listings, orders, and ads.
  • Product Listing Creation: Ability to create optimized product listings with attention to keywords, images, and content.
  • Amazon Advertising: Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and a basic understanding of ACoS, ROAS, and bid management.
  • Basic Excel Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and track performance using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and respond to reviews.

Advanced Skills Required:

  • Amazon SEO & Optimization: Expertise in Amazon SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and algorithm ranking.
  • Advanced Amazon Advertising: Proven experience in setting up and optimizing advanced advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Product Launch Strategies: Ability to successfully launch new products on Amazon, driving initial sales and reviews.
  • Amazon FBA Management: In-depth knowledge of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes, including shipping, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, including advertising reports, sales performance, and inventory health.
  • Competitor Research Tools: Proficiency in using third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZScout for market research, competitor analysis, and product validation.
  • Amazon Brand Registry: Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and A+ Content for improved branding and product listing appearance.
  • Amazon Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and procedures, including intellectual property protection and listing compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing Amazon Seller accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and related third-party tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
