Intermediate Project Manager

We invite a talented, detail-oriented, and dedicated Project Manager with a deep understanding of the Scrum Master role and functions to join our team. You’ll contribute to developing, enhancing, and maintaining innovative fintech products for our client, a leading provider of top-notch billing services to a wide range of businesses across various domains, including government, medical, property management, and more. ✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of Agile IT project management experience with Scrum framework
• Solid project management skills: planning, execution, delivery, risk management, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including technical and writing
• Effective stakeholder, team, and client management skills
• Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage change requests
• Good reporting skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams effectively
• Fluency with core PM/SM tools and methods
• Proactivity, autonomy, and high organization with an analytical, structural, problem-solving mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Any completed Scrum certifications or familiarity with SAFe 5.0/6.0
• Proficiency in creating client presentations and reports, strong email communication skills for engaging with the client in English

Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll use your best communication and organizational skills to ensure alignment with business objectives, streamline team operations, promote collaboration with stakeholders and the client, and effectively handle Scrum Master activities.

• Facilitate new feature development through effective project management
• Help streamline existing team development processes
• Help optimize testing and release processes for completed functionality
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product units on the client’s side to ensure project goal alignment and visibility
• Facilitate team and stakeholder discussions on task prioritization, performance tracking, change/risk management, etc.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation when needed
• Support and facilitate regular reporting on project progress and key metrics
• Perform people management tasks (motivation, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Promote Agile best practices within the team
