  • Planning / Roadmap Development: Lead the development and execution of strategic planning and roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
  • Innovate Tools and Processes: Develop strategies to enhance employee experience with procurement tools and processes, while simultaneously boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement team.
  • AI Adoption: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify workflows suitable for AI automation, lead the identification and execution of such projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify Pain Points and Opportunities: Utilize data analysis and feedback from key stakeholders to uncover process and technology challenges. Use these insights to prioritize and oversee system enhancements and process improvements with the highest impact.
  • Drive System Enhancements and Automation: Lead the execution of high-impact initiatives by developing strategies, forming project teams, and identifying solutions that improve employee and supplier experiences. Focus on system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to prioritize key initiatives and align on solutions that enhance procurement systems and processes. Implement tools and system enhancements to improve the overall experience for employees, suppliers, and the Procurement team.
  • Manage Change and Educate Users: Develop and implement change management strategies, such as communications, training materials, and office hours, to ensure employees are well-informed and capable of using tools and processes effectively.

Your Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading transformation initiatives.
  • Proficient in utilizing ERP tools (ex Oracle) specifically within the procurement domain.
  • Passionate about procurement and innovation, with a background in AI and change management focused on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a laser focus on redefining processes, fostering creativity, and embracing innovation to deliver unique solutions that drive impactful results.
  • Well-versed in procurement tools and processes, with expertise in implementing enterprise-wide systems.
  • Skilled in building relationships in a cross-functional environment and proven success in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence up, down, and across the organization.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care Of You Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Pay Range $129,000—$152,000 USD Requirements:
