Senior Recruiter (National) Location: Remote – U.S.-based, with access to Cherry Bekaert offices where available Position Overview: Cordia Resources, a division of Cherry Bekaert, a Top 20 national CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a highly motivated National Recruiter to join our Recruiting and Staffing Platform. This is a fully remote role mapped to major Cherry Bekaert markets, with flexibility to work from a local office if preferred. This candidate-facing role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and supporting top-tier professionals across finance, accounting, IT, and HR disciplines. You’ll play a key part in scaling our delivery capabilities across industries, geographies, and levels—from staff through C-suite—while collaborating with a team of experienced staffing leaders. Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and candidate preparation
• Submit vetted candidates to account managers for both temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
• Partner with multiple account managers and hiring stakeholders to support national delivery efforts
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System
• Contribute to the continued success and scalability of our Recruiting and Staffing Platform
• Attend virtual team meetings, trainings, and occasional in-person firm events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of staffing agency and corporate recruiting exposure
• Demonstrated success placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, from staff to executive level
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously in various stages of execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities within a dynamic Recruiting and Staffing Platform environment
