Key Responsibilities • Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required). • Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform. • Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles. • Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system. • Work flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).

Required Skills • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM). • Language Skills: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users. • Experience: Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Reliable internet connection necessary. • Successful completion of a brief typing assessment required.
