Data Analyst (Adobe) - Part-Time

This position is part-time with the working hours set from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm PST - in total 80 hours a month. RESPONSIBILITIES Dashboard Development & Management

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards in Adobe CJA tailored to stakeholder requirements across marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
  • Leverage Connections and Data Views in CJA to ensure data accuracy, usability, and accessibility.
  • Automate and scale reporting processes through Workspace projects and calculated metrics.

Omnichannel Reporting & Analysis

  • Integrate data from multiple online and offline sources (e.g., Adobe Analytics, CRM, call mobile apps, etc) to create a unified customer journey view.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify key trends, behaviors, and performance drivers across channels.
  • Deliver insights on customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and tagging teams to ensure proper data collection, ETL, and schema design.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Data Governance & Optimization

  • Enforce data quality standards and governance within Adobe CJA environments.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support dashboard adoption and data literacy.
  • Monitor changes to Adobe CJA platform capabilities and assess implications for current reporting frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Launch for tag management and Adobe Analytics for reporting and analysis.
  • Solid expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting, including Analysis Workspace, Report Builder, and API integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch for deploying and managing tags across web and mobile platforms, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics Web and Mobile SDKs to track user interactions and behavior across devices.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for integrating and analyzing cross-channel customer data.
  • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and scripting languages for custom data manipulation, tracking validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, custom reports, calculated metrics, segments, and alerts in Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), and best practices in digital analytics tracking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and data science teams.
