About the Role: As a Banking SME, you will be instrumental in driving our growth initiatives by leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge and staying current on relevant topics and regulatory changes. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive the evolution of our course catalog and provide customers with high-quality, up-to-date regulatory training

Key Responsibilities

• Industry Insight: Provide expert guidance on banking industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure that content remains current and valuable.
• Content Review and Quality Assurance: Review and make recommendations to update existing content to incorporate the latest industry developments and stakeholder feedback, ensuring it meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Thought Leadership Content: Partner with marketing to create thought leadership content for lead generation, including webinars, blogs, and other valuable resources. Develop content that engages customers and prospects while positioning us as a leading solution in the industry.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we are bringing a modern high-quality learning solution to market and are messaging courses and banking certifications appropriately.
• Market Intelligence: Act as an interpreter for product, marketing, and sales teams, helping all stakeholders understand new regulations and important market/industry shifts.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic company partnerships with key industry stakeholders and associations to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience and deep expertise in Banking/Financial Services Industry; particular knowledge and interest in compliance related topics.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Proven experience in developing educational content or training materials.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
