Remote Reservation Agent (Part-Time, Evenings/Weekends)

Join U-Haul's dynamic team as a part-time Reservation Agent, working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support field team members and U-Haul dealerships, and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $18.00 to $24.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with reservations and equipment management
• Supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment placement and distribution
• Reviewing reports to ensure effective equipment placement and customer reservations
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and Microsoft Office
• Proficient customer service, time management, and multitasking skills
