Instructional Designer (Remote)

As an Instructional Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing and developing educational programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will work closely with our team to create learning materials, including print-based and digital content, and will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our programs are accurate and relevant.

Responsibilities:

• Support all phases of the curriculum lifecycle: analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance
• Prepare, design, and edit learning content and materials as needed for client expectations
• Create and maintain print-based (instructor-led and self-study) learning materials for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts on the development of program materials
• Aid in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of existing course material, including visual aids and illustrations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in instructional design or corporate training, with a focus on adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
