Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by creating connections, asking insightful questions, and uncovering their needs
• Provide personalized product insights and solution recommendations to deliver a complete sales solution
• Close sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training, up-skilling in operational functions, and refining your sales techniques through outbound calls to current Verizon customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of work experience
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods
• Preferred: experience in commission-based environments, sales, or customer service
